Stephen earned an LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. Stephen graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.B.A. from Suffolk University and earned a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he received the AmJur Award in Corporations. Prior Puritan Faust, LLC, Stephen was division counsel for PictureTel Corporation (now Polycom), consulting attorney for Genuity, Inc., assistant general counsel for Simplex International and an attorney for Raytheon's PATRIOT missile program. Stephen is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (Business Law and High Technology sections) and American Bar Association (Business Law, Science and Technology, and International Law and Practice sections). Steve has been admitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar and has been admitted to practice in front of the US Federal and Supreme Courts. .

Robert earned his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and a J.D. from Western New England College School of Law. Prior to becoming "Of Counsel" to Puritan Faust, LLC, Robert has been the General Counsel and a Corporate Executive to a number of high-tech companies in the Boston Area, including but not limited to SpeechWorks International Inc., American Tower Corp., PictureTel Corporation, FTP Software, Inc., and Stratus Computer, Inc.
